I am the Dean of Mathematics at KIPP Legacy Preparatory School in Houston, Texas. I primarily work with our 3rd and 4th graders, setting them up for success in middle school, college and beyond.

My name is Janae Reynolds! I have lived in a few different cities. I was born and raised in the always sunny San Diego, California. When I graduated high school I moved to Atlanta to attend college. For the last three years I have been living and teaching in Tallahassee, Florida. I moved to Houston over the summer and now I teach third grade reading. I received my undergraduate degree at the illustrious Clark Atlanta University in Early Childhood Education. I recently received my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University.
