I am requesting the money so that I can buy a class set of headphones for my students. We have a blended learning initiative on my campus, which is amazing! We use a program, COMPASS Learning, that is directly related to our students MAP scores. It gives them the instruction that they are ready for by explaining concepts with videos and interactive quizzes. I would like to have a class set of headphones so that students are able to utilize this program effectively and learn the material that is being explained through their own personal chromebook. This money will directly impact my students by allowing them to receive independent instruction that is differentiated for them. It will allow students to receive differentiated instruction while I pull small groups.

My students deserve these resources because they work extremely hard during their extended learning day here at KIPP Legacy. This would allow our instruction to be extremely purposeful which would result in higher achievement for my students.
