YES Since we opened our doors in 1998, YES Prep has continuously redefined possible for students, families and the public education system at large. Today, with 13 schools in operation, serving 9,000 students throughout Houston and plans to begin operating schools in Memphis, Tennessee in 2015, YES Prep is living proof that different outcomes are possible when students from low-income communities are given access to high-quality educational opportunities.

I am a recent alumna of Georgetown College of Georgetown University. I majored in Government and minored in Education, Inquiry and Justice. I am passionate about eradicating education inequity and inaccessibility. I am a champion for education reform and providing my students the opportunity of falling in love with learning.
