About

Welcome to our school! We believe that parent participation is key to student success. Parents of enrolled pupils and parents who wish to enroll their children in the School District may visit, tour and observe the schools and classrooms. Visitors, including parents and parents of prospective pupils, must follow the school’s procedures for scheduling visits, tours or observations. The District may discontinue visits, tours, and observations if such events threaten the health and safety of the pupils and staff.

The Mission of our school is to provide a safe and enriching learning environment where the whole student is nurtured and developed. Our teachers and administrators pledge to support the academic and emotional wellbeing of each and every student. Students will leave our school prepared with skills and knowledge that will give them advantages throughout their future educational and life experiences.

Teacher/Club Advisor

Be Brave Rachel Baker My path to being an educator has been a unique yet inspirational adventure, which is why my philosophy on education is grounded in validating each student’s truth and providing the means to control their lives through education. Being a veteran and healthcare professional has taught me that education is essential to any endeavor. I embrace each student's unique experiences, their truth, as a benefit and not a detriment to their future. Doing so, allows me to provide an authentic learning environment in which they can flourish. I believe there is a way for every student to achieve success; I must be willing to keep looking until I find the right strategy for the right student. I am here to inspire a thirst for learning and to nurture it until my students can take control of their educational journey. Hanoch McCarty said it best, “Refuse to accept the many reasons why it can’t be done and ask if there are any reasons it can be done.” Simply put, he says we must be brave. When posed with the question of if anyone can learn, the response is a resounding yes! This is my belief, my philosophy.
