The Description

With these funds the NSHS Dance Department will order the items below for the Annual Dance Banquet in which we expect 280 dancers to attend. The Dance Banquet will be held on May 21, 2022 at the NOC.

 

Lunch Menu from Royal Catering 

Build Your Own Burrito Bowl - $14.50 per person ($4,060 total)

-Chopped Chicken Breast Fajita Meat
-Seasoned Ground Taco Beef
-Pork Carnitas
-Sofritas (seasoned vegan tofu) – add $1.55 per person (minimum of 8 servings)
-BEYOND BEEF® (Vegan) - add $3.00 per person (minimum of 8 servings)
-Cilantro Lime Rice, Brown Rice with Quinoa or Fiesta Rice
-Black Beans or Charro Beans
-Monterrey Jack Cheese
-Fajita Veggies or Corn Salsa
-Fresh Guacamole & sour cream
-Romaine Lettuce & house-made Pico de Gallo
-House-made tortilla chips & salsa

Served in a disposable Burrito Bowl with lid, napkins & utensils

Dessert: Individual Bundt Cakes - $4.25 each ($1,190 total)

- 2 Air Filled Rose Gold Balloon Garland Kit - $30.00 each ($60.00 total) 

- Floral Greenery Photo Booth Props 13ct - $6.00 each

- 2 Ginger Ray White Floral Photo Booth Backdrop - $22.48 ($44.96)

- Center Pieces - $15 each ($180 total)

- 12 Pack Certificate Holder for Award Certificates, Blue - $18.99 per 12 ($94.95 total)
