The Description

Waring Elementary is excited to partner with Philadelphia READS, which offers successful in and out of school programs that strengthen students' literacy skills.

READS offers a Book Bank, where teachers are able to get up to 350 books per school year to establish or enhance their classroom libraries. Annual membership to the Book Bank is $20 per teacher. 

Friends of Waring's goal for this fundraiser is to raise funds for a Book Bank membership for each of Waring's 25 teachers - $500 total.

Please consider a $20 donation to sponsor one teacher's Book Bank membership for an entire year!

Back Up Plan

All funds raised will go towards Book Bank memberships for teachers at Waring Elementary.
