Purchase flight tickets ($2,000), hotel rooms and board ($2,000), T-Shirts ($240), and registration ($750) for 15 hardworking students.

The money will allow us to participate in this national tournament experience that the students have deserved and earned two years in a row.  We did not get a chance to participate last year because of financial difficulties. Many of our students have never traveled outside of the state so would be a life changing experience for them.  Furthermore, many of our students are seeking chess scholarships from our chess college affiliates and this exposure will get them closer to their goal.

Our students qualified to participate in this tournament.  Many of our students are from a low income demographic and resources for local, state and national tournaments are always a challenge.  I often pay out of pocket for students to participate. We ask that you consider helping us raise the money and spread the word.
