The program that I teach requires the students to use expo markers and dry erasers to practice blending and segmenting words. Without the materials below, students will not be able to be engaged in the lessons because they are hands on. The program that I teach also has thousands of magnetic letters, digraphs tiles, etc. that need a place to be stored in an organized fashion so that students are better able to find the pieces they need to manipulate their tiles and read words faster. With the materials below, I will be able to provide more small group instruction and students will be able to work in cooperative groups to build phonemic awareness.
