The Description
With these funds I will help our third grade students be exposed to fictional texts that will enhance their understanding of story elements. I will be purchasing class sets of books for a group read aloud, so we can dive into the word of fantasy and drama. A group read aloud allows students the opportunity to ask questions and make connections with their peers.
Back Up Plan
If we do not reach our goal I will purchase one class set of books, where each class will take turns reading the book.
About the Creator
I am a third grade teacher from New Jersey who loves watching students explore and express their ideas in various ways. My class loves to build connections between literacy and their imagination! I want to provide my students with optimal resources to allow them every success in the classroom.
