With these funds I will purchase basic school supplies, games/activities, flexible seating options, classroom organization items, and math manipulatives. Having a fully supplied and stocked classroom would ensure all of my students can learn math however best fits them.

I am a 6th grade math teacher in an economically disadvataged area of Houston. I believe in creating safe and engaging classrooms for each and every student, no matter their zip code. I am fully committed to seeing my students to and through college in order for them to create the best life they can for themselves.
