These funds will go directly to creating a fun, welcoming, and rigorous environment for my 10th Grade World History classroom. The funds will be used to purchase many classroom essentials such as white board markers, staplers, scissors, tissues, pens, notebooks, tape, colored pencils, chart paper, and more. The funds will also be used to purchase organizational structures for my classroom such as file cabinets and book shelves to ensure class materials and recreational books are well-organized for the year. Lastly, after all of the essentials have been purchased, I will use the money for decor and materials that will make the classroom feel like a world history classroom should-- worldly! I want to purchase eight clocks and set each one to a different time zone, maps of different projection styles and regions of the world, art from different time and places, globes, and more.
