The Description
With these funds I will...purchase fiction novels for a classroom library in my 8th grade Civics classroom. Students will work in stations, and this is an option for higher level learners, or students looking to connect deeper with the curriculum. Co- teaching with the gifted resource and literacy teachers will be essential to students connecting the themes of the novels with the objectives of the unit.

If we do not reach our goal I will purchase... books from second hand stores as I have been this summer. I will also continue to teach out to the community for old copies they no longer wish to keep.
