Whitesville Road Elementary School is part of the Troup County School System. The mission of the Troup County School System is to educate all students in a challenging and safe learning environment, so they will become productive citizens in a diverse and changing world. Troup County School System (TCSS) serves the citizens of Hogansville, LaGrange, West Point, and Troup County. Nineteen new or recently renovated schools, including THINC College and Career Academy, house approximately 12,500 students in grades Pre-K through 12.
