Rauner College Prep is a non-selective high school that is a part of the Noble Network Charter School system, and it is based in a low-income community where majority of our students are students of color – predominantly Hispanic/Latino and African-American. We are a small yet proud high school boasting in our test scores, GPA, and college acceptances. We strive to ensure that our students attain the best education, so they can become the best people and change agents of their communities, their country, and their world. Rauner College Prep will prepare students with the scholarship, discipline, and honor necessary to succeed in college and to live exemplary lives. The staff and students of Rauner College Prep commit to doing everything that it takes to fulfill this mission. Our founding principal and Assistant Superintendent, Eric Thomas, is known well for saying, “It is going to be incredibly hard work and it will be worth it!” This saying has become an important part of all that we do.
