With these funds I will I will purchase science takeout kits to help my students gain valuable hands-on laboratory experiences and science contents.  My students are from a Title I school and many of them struggle with the English language.  Purchasing these kits will allow them to use manipulative to better understand biological contents.  I normally borrow equipment from a local university to help with the high tech lab activities, but the funds will allow me to purchase the materials needed to perform more laboratory experiments.
