With these funds I will purchase extra school supplies to help my classroom run smoothly such as extra journals for those who cannot afford it, restock glue sticks, color pencils, and other classroom supplies that make the day run smoothly for the students. My students come from a low income school, where some families are not capable of getting the basics for their children. Through these funds, I would be able to provide the supplies for them free of charge and help lift some of the burden off of their parents. I will be purchasing 90 glue sticks, 30 boxes of color pencils, 2 boxes of 12 scissors, 144 pack of pencils, a box of 60 count black pens, 6 packages of 6 count folders, and a box of eraser tops.
