purchase "Elephant and Piggie" books.  Many of our students do not have books at their home to read.  I will give these wonderful hard-cover books to some of our students who cannot afford to purchase brand new books to read.  "Elephant and Piggie" books are a student favorite.  Research tells us that the more students read, the better they become at reading.  The sense of pride a new book brings cannot be matched.

My students are hard working and I want to give my students every opportunity to succeed.
