With these funds I will purchase 5 balance ball chairs for $60 each. Having these balance ball chairs my students will be able to wiggle while they work in a productive manner. Gone will be the days of them falling off their chairs on a daily basis because they wiggle in a chair that doesn't wiggle with them. When they are uncomfortable in their chairs that is what they are focused on, not the learning at hand. Research has proven time and time again that movement and learning are connected and essential to solidify concepts. These balance balls will help my students be better learners and listeners which in the end will make them more successful. They will help them focus, be more comfortable and engaged in lessons.
