The Description
With these funds I will be able to take my students to two or three field trips. Each bus costs $230 so there is enough money for three buses. With your support the students may be able to visit the Denver Zoo and Sea World. For some of the students this will be the first time to visit the Zoo and Sea World. My school is Title One which means we do not have enough money for field trips. I believe field trips are important, when you connect knowledge for example about animals and you pair it with seeing and touching animals the knowledge becomes more engaging, fun and exciting.
Back Up Plan
If I do not meet my goal I will have to charge the students the cost of transportation and entrance fees. Another idea is to try to raise the funds selling after school or buying things such as smelly pencils to raise the funds. We would still need the capital to start the selling. I will probably have to invest my own money to get us started. If we do not meet our goal whatever funds we do raise I will use the money to buy products to sell after school.
