With these funds I will...be able to assist my ESOL classes with the ipad technology that will increase their reading skills. Most of my students are from low economics countries and many do not speak fluent English. Bringing more technology in my classroom will allow them to interact with tools to increase reading levels. I am looking to purchase 10 ipads at $400 each. Students will be able learn at their own level while visually and auditory learning. They will be able to listen to audiobooks, complete projects, work on typing skills, powerpoints, interactive games and stories. This will be essential for my classroom since we have limited access to technology. I have only 7 computers in my classroom to fill the needs of 75 students. This is the major concern for my ESOL students when they have limited English knowledge.
