The Description

This year, I want to welcome incoming 9th graders with the right environment for them to find peace in learning math despite all the changes they're experiencing. I want my repeater students to walk into a room where they feel confident that, this time, they will succeed. And I want to create spaces for differentiation so my exceptional students have the proper opportunity to learn from their co-teacher.

Please donate to equip the classroom with posters of mathematicians and philosophers to inspire thinking beyond, "Why do we need to know this?"

Please consider buying a stack of notebooks for students who work two jobs after school to help support their families.

Please give a set of markers so students can share their ideas in large, colorful print to cover the bare walls of the classroom! All of these contributions will help transform a math class into a community for growing together and loving learning.

Back Up Plan

If we do not reach our goal I will purchase these items myself!
