With these funds, I will provide my students with personal libraries.  They are going to decorate their own book box to store their "library" and my goal is for each child to take home five books.  Extra funds will go towards additional books that children will be able to earn and add to their libraries for good behavior, academic excellence, or a positive attitude.  My students have blown me away with their love for learning and desire for success.  I want them to have everything they need to keep their brains growing all summer long!

I will be purchasing books through the Scholastic Reading Club.  This resource offers many books for as little as $1, so any investment you can make will go a long way!
