The Description

With these funds I will purchase incentives to support our second grade behavior system, Class DOJO. Class DOJO is an amazing program that encourages student and parent involvement. The students and parents love seeing their progression. When the students reach a certain amount of points they will receive one of the monster themed incentives that would be purchased with this money. The incentive will help reinforce good behavior and responsibility for their actions. Some of the incentives are included in the following link. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=fun+monsters&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Afun+monsters The incentive include; finger puppets ($8.66/dozen), plushes($12.42/dozen), stickers ($2.09), and much more.

Back Up Plan

If I do not meet my goal I will purchase as many incentives as I can with the funds that I receive. Then my second grade team will revamp our point amounts to what will work best for the incentives that we were able to receive.

Looking for Incentives

October 29, 2015

Currently the second grade team is in the process of narrowing down the exact incentives we want to purchase. We are reworking our award system, too, to make it as effective as possible in promoting good behavior. In the next month we should be done with our process.
