With these funds I will... help elementary school girls love engineering! Goldieblox were created to help solve the problem of our nation's lack of female engineers. We have one Goldieblox set in our classroom and my students loved solving the problems and building a solution. The rest of the Goldieblox sets will help us make our engineering units hands-on, focused on problem solving, and particularly appealing to my female students. These sets will allow my students to develop their creativity, critical thinking, and literacy skills, through the book that accompanies each set.
