With these funds I will purchase two new pieces of equipment to upgrade my classroom for microscope use.

• Microscope for teacher use that is better than the student scopes 1,000x magnification would be amazing!
• This new equipment would enhance the learning experiences of my students by:
• Providing a more detailed version of our pond water lab, prepared slides and wet-mount slide labs
• Increasing their understanding of the microscopic world as well as scale and size of living things, especially if I could zoom in 1,000x as opposed to 400x (current maximum magnification)
• Providing a more clear version and view of specimens, slides, labs
