The Description
With these funds, I will purchase a premium account for Screencastify and purchase books for my classroom library to replace older books that kids aren't reading, broaden the diversity in authors and characters represented, and create small groups of books so kids can read books together.
Back Up Plan
If I don't meet my goal, I may purchase a book or two, but my library will not be changed dramatically.

My first priority is the purchase of books for my students.
If I don't meet my goal I will only purchase books with the funds raised.
If I meet my goal, I'll buy books for my class and then I'll look into purchasing a premium Screencastify account.

I teach middle school at King Middle School which serves the most racially, ethnically, and economically diverse neighborhoods in the state of Maine.
