With these funds, my class will learn essential skills with the hands-on approach. The phonemic awareness games will help my students develop rhyming skills, sound letter skills, and syllables. These skills are needed to develop life long language art skills. My students will get sight word practice with the sight word puzzles. The child sized headphones will help assist students learning by developing fluency and reading skills.  The head phones will also connect to iPads allowing students to read books online and play interactive literacy games.   All of these skills are essential for kindergartners to learn and to be successful.
