Greetings Everyone!
I am asking for everyone's assistance in helping me purchase Kindle Fires and cases for my classroom. We all know that we live in a tech driven society and students spend the majority of their time on cell phones and video games. I want to purchase 30 Kindles to allow my students to use technology in the classroom.
With the Kindle Fires the students will be able to research topics, read articles, take quizzes, and play fun, educational games. I know that science will come alive for my students with these devices. Each student will have their own individual window into the science topics that I teach and I can individual lessons for those needing more help and for those leading the pack.
The Kindle Fires and cases cost $99.99 each and they all have a 2 year worry free warranty in case anything happens to them. Back Up Plan
If I do not meet my goal I will purchase supplies for the classroom such as pens, pencils, paper, and folders. Many of my students have limited supplies that they bring from home and I am continually supplying my students the things they need to be successful. If we don't reach the goal for the Kindle Fires, the money definitely won't go to waste. It will all be spent buying the students things they need in the classroom.
