The Description

With these funds we will work to restore the weightlifting facility to further support the physical development of our student athletes and open up future opportunities for these students. Funds raised through your donations will be used to provide a safe and quality weigh lifting room, by purchasing new flooring and mats, benches/racks, and weights. This weight room will not only physically benefit our students, but will help instill values of discipline, pride, and responsibility. 

Back Up Plan

If we do not reach our goal we will use the money raised to purchase the items most needed at this time (additional plates, dumbbells, and benches). To continue our drive to raise money for this cause, we will also schedule several fundraisers for the 2018-2019 school year in hopes of covering the remaining balance of our unmet goal.

About the Creator

Hello I'm Teddrick Estes, and I currently serve as the Assistant Principal at Hillcrest High School in Memphis, TN. I've been in education nearly ten years working in communities throughout the greater Memphis area. I'm a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as well as Freed Hardeman University. Born into a family of educators, teaching/mentoring the youth has always been my passion, and with the help of a few great leader I am now working everyday to transform my community. There's nothing more fulfilling than working in your ministry, and for me education is exactly that!
