Feedback helps teachers move from good to great and great to outstanding.

• With these funds we will help 5 teachers receive 6 weeks of observation and feedback support from EdConnective, an instructional coaching organization!

• Budget constraints often prohibit many of our teachers from receiving more feedback support throughout the year and your support will help change this.

• With your commitment, we will acquire 5 new instructional coaching partnerships that our teachers have reported, "breathing new life" into their classrooms last year. Doing so, will translate directly into student success and ensuring students are receiving the highest quality experiences imaginable.

• Last year, when we tried EdConnective video coaching for a few teachers, the teachers found it overwhelmingly valuable and spoke so highly of the support that we decided it was a no-brainer to expand the opportunity to others this school year. Your support will help us do that!

• For $1,500 a teacher, our educators will receive what is essentially a personal trainer for classroom instruction, that partners with a teacher to help them achieve ambitious goals in the classroom. People who have used the EdConnective support in the past, have reported achieving the highest student outcomes in their entire district!

How It Works:

• After being matched to an instructional coach, participating teachers record a clip of their classroom instruction. The teachers share the recorded instruction with their coach who observes the video and provides tailored feedback via skype. This recording, upload, and feedback process repeats twice a week, for 6 consecutive weeks. This dosage, four times the norm for teachers, facilitates robust growth as teachers receive enough direct feedback to implement new strategies with fidelity.

• EdConnective coaches forge relationships with their partner teachers and through that partnership, teachers' instruction blossoms and students are the ultimate beneficiary because of it.
