$85,000 goal
The Description
Thanks to the efforts by all school partners, Project Nyame Nsa has raised a cumulative of $100,425 towards our goal of $85,000.
Project Nyame Nsa has embarked on an exciting new project in Zambia. We recently purchased 17 acres and plan to build a children’s village comprised of twelve three bedroom homes, a medical clinic, chapel, school, guest house, soccer field, as well as land for farming.
Presently, we operate a four-acre campus in Ghana called the Village of Hope with thirty-eight orphans in our care. The Village of Hope has experienced great success, and the children have adjusted very well. We are considered the gold standard for orphan care in Ghana. Our goal is to create a similar project in Zambia and continue our mission to transform the lives of orphans, by providing holistic care for each child.
To that end, we are sponsoring a walkathon for students to help raise funding and awareness. The four-week fundraising effort will begin September 24th through the week ending October 28th. Our fundraising efforts will culminate with an afternoon of celebration and awards for all students involved.
