The Description
With these funds I will...purchase 2 air purifiers to use in my classroom.
My classroom is completely internal. No windows to the outside. As a result, I can't get fresh air in my room and the room starts smelling dusty and as hard as I try to keep it clean, bleach wipes can only do so much. My goal is to improve the air quality in the classroom resulting in fewer illnesses for both students and myself. My students deserve a healthy environment in which to learn.
I am looking to purchase two Honeywell Air Purifiers (http://www.target.com/p/honeywell-quietclean-oscillating-air-purifier/-/A-10214820#prodSlot=medium_1_3&term=air+purifier) and they are $140 each. The extra will cover any PledgeCents fees.
Back Up Plan
If I do not meet my goal I will purchase...One purifier, because one is better than the nothing that I have. If I have to use my own money to make up the cost difference, so be it.

Thank you so much to all of you who donated or shared my link. I rreceived the check right before winter break, so I haven't had the chance to use it yet. Since it was made out to the school, I am waiting to find out how I can access it to purchase an air purifier for the classroom. Once it's purchased, I will post a photo of it in use.
