The Description

With these funds I will...

be able to cover the cost of our yearly field trip to the Aloha Theater. Every year we take a field trip to watch a performance done by the Honolulu Theater for Youth. Being Kindergarteners, this is their first experience with live theater. The performances that are put on each year are always vibrant, engaging, and enriching. This year's performance is "Anime Alice and Her Adventures in Wonderland."

I work at a Title I school where many of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch. And since this is a field trip that the entire school participates in, it is a cost that some families have to pay 2 or 3 times over. Through this cause your investment can help lighten the financial burden and ensure that these students enjoy the cultural experience of a lifetime.

Tickets to see the show are roughly $5.00 a child. I would like to be able to cover the cost of all 25 children.

Back Up Plan

we will evenly divide the funds across the board for the whole class. So, if I raise half of the funds I need, then each student will need to pay for half of the cost of the field trip.
