Science Classroom Materials for the Fall

The Description

I will use these funds to purchase a variety of materials that will be utilized to elevate the level of instruction and rigor in my classroom throughout the school year. Specifically, these funds will be used to provide students with scientific demonstrations and laboratory experiments that facilitate learning in a more hands-on manner than the most basic instructional formats. These funds will enable my classes to complete activities such as performing their own chemical reactions or developing a product through the engineering process. Through these activities, students will be able to participate in the scientific process in order to produce meaningful conclusions that further their education in science.

Additionally, these funds will ensure that every student in the class, regardless of their economic circumstances has access to necessary school supplies needed to complete class and homework. Whether it be a composition notebook or pencils, it is crucial that every student have equal access to these supplies.

Back Up Plan

If the goal for this cause is not met, I will spend the funds that are raised to buy as many notebooks, pencils, erasers, and other basic supplies to ensure that my students have basic supplies that allow them to complete classwork and homework.
